VAT invoice

Dear valued customers,

 

From January 1, 2020, VietjetAir deployed Value Added Tax Invoice (VAT) in the form of Electronic Bill. To get VAT Invoice when buying air tickets, please follow the following instructions:

 

1/ Paying via VietjetAir‘s Agents: Please requested with the agent to issue VAT Invoices for the payment.

 

2/ Paying via others channels:

  • Ticket counters at airports,
  • Online payment or Mobile app (web): Napas, Credit card, VNPAY, QR Code…
  • Third party payment: HDBank, Vietinbank, Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPOST), Payoo…

Please requested Vietjet’s staff to get the VAT invoice or logged in to the link: einvoice-b2c.vietjetair.com (follow the instructions) to issue a VAT invoice within a payment date.

Importance noted:

 

Please request your VAT invoice immediately after paying the ticket or no later than the same day of payment (before 24:00). If the booking reference is not found, please try again 30 minutes after payment. We will not be responsible for any requests related to invoice issuance after the above time.
