1. Promotion offer:

- 10% discount on every order over VND 1,500,000

- Additional 10% discount for customers purchasing during their birthday month

Both offers are applied simultaneously and combined in the same order when the customer meets all conditions

3. Applicable to:

- Applies to all passengers purchasing duty-free goods on eligible flights.

- Birthday offer applies when passengers purchase during their birthday month and present identification upon request.

4. Return and exchange policy is implemented under the following conditions:

- Passengers must inspect the product immediately after purchase. If passengers discover a product with a manufacturing defect, please inform the flight attendant for consideration of replacement or a direct refund on board. Vietjet will be exempt from liability for any claims related to refunds or product replacements once passengers have disembarked.

- Damaged goods due to manufacturing defects that are requested for exchange or return must be in their original condition and packaged with the sales receipt and boarding pass. Upon receiving these goods, the flight attendant will consider exchanging the goods or refunding the passenger.

- Vietjet does not accept products damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
