Meet and assist service (MAAS) is for passengers require assistance in:
- Greetings/seeing off at the airport
- Assisting in immigration/ emigration procedure
- Providing directions at the airport, receiving and returning luggage at departure and arrival terminals.

Vietnam's domestic and international routes
2. Class applied:
Apply for all classes.
3. Booking channels:
- Website www.vietjetair.com.
- Vietjet Air mobile app.
- Contact center: (+84) 19001886.
- Vietjet booking agents/ booking offices.
4. Booking time:
- 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure: applied to all channel
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled time of departure: applied to last minutes booking office and at the airport.
5. Transportation conditions
Passengers are requested to stay well for the flight and get assistance or guidance in moving to the departure gate/arrival.
6. Service charge:
- To Vietnam domestic flights: VND 800,000
- To international flights: VND 1,500,000
