มาตรการช่วยเหลือผู้โดยสารเนื่องจากท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ตปิด 10-30 เมษายน 2563

จากประกาศปิดท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ตชั่วคราว สายการบินไทยเวียตเจ็ทประกาศมาตรการช่วยเหลือผู้โดยสารที่ถือบัตรโดยสารเส้นทางเข้า/ออกจากภูเก็ตระหว่างวันที่ 10-30 เมษายน 2563 สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางได้ 1 ครั้งโดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียม (อาจมีส่วนต่างราคาบัตรโดยสาร) โดยกำหนดการเดินทางใหม่ภายในวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2563 หรือผู้โดยสารอาจเลือกรับเป็นเครดิตค่าโดยสารสำหรับใช้กับเที่ยวบินอื่นๆของสายการบิน โดยมีอายุ 180 วันนับจากกำหนดวันเดินทางเดิม

ผู้โดยสารที่ซื้อบัตรโดยสารกับสายการบินสามารถติดต่อเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ทางศูนย์บริการลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์หมายเลข 02 089 1909 (อย่างน้อย 3 ชั่วโมงก่อนกำหนดการเดินทางเดิม) หรือทางอีเมล์ที่ vz.support@vietjetair.comสำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ซื้อบัตรโดยสารผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่าย โปรดติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายของท่าน ขอขอบคุณในความเข้าใจมา ณ โอกาสนี้

As Phuket airport declared temporarily closed, the airline announces the policy to support passengers holding tickets travelling to and from Phuket during 10 - 30 April 2020 on our flights, can change their travel date free of charge for one time (fare difference applicable if any). New travel date must be done by 15 December 2020. Otherwise, passengers can have ticket credit to use at a later time on any other of our flights within 180 days from the original departure date.

Passengers who previously purchased tickets directly with us and wish to make a change to their itinerary please contact our contact center at +662 089 1909 (at least 3 days before scheduled departure time) or via email at vz.support@vietjetair.com. For those who purchased tickets through travel agencies, please contact the agencies for assistance.
