Guide to Purchasing and Using Airport Pickup Taxi Service Provided by Green SM Taxi

I. Instructions for Purchasing the Service:

Step 1: Book a flight ticket on the Vietjet Air website or app.
Step 2: Select the “Airport Pickup Taxi” service as an add-on for your flight.
Step 3: Choose an appropriate pickup package for either the arrival or return trip.
Step 4: Complete the payment for the entire transaction, including the flight ticket and add-on services.
Step 5: Receive an email with your flight information and a voucher code to use the service.

II. Instructions for Using the Service:

Step 1: Locate the Green SM driver at the designated pickup points, as guided below.
Step 2: Provide the voucher code received via email to the driver for confirmation of a valid trip.
Step 3: Get in the taxi and start your journey.
Step 4: Finish the trip and pay any additional fees incurred (if applicable).

Guidance for Customers to Reach the Green SM Airport Taxi Pickup Point:

Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi)	Domestic (T1)	From Hall A-B, exit via doors 1–5, head towards the pedestrian lane, and go straight to the taxi pickup lane opposite. Look for a Green SM taxi and board. Or, from Hall E, exit via doors E1–E5, go to the priority lane, and board.
Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi)	International (T2)	From Hall A1, exit and turn left. Find the Green SM taxi at Column No. 5 and board.
Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC)	Domestic	From doors A1 and A2, head straight to Lane C and turn right. Locate the Green SM taxi at Columns C03 – C20 and board.
Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC)	International	From doors A1 and A2, go straight to Lane A and turn left. Locate the Green SM taxi at Columns A04 – A01 and board.
Phu Bai Airport (Hue)	Domestic	Exit straight from doors A2 and A3. Locate the Green SM taxi at Columns A05 – A01 and board.
Phu Bai Airport (Hue)	International	Exit straight from door A1. Locate the Green SM taxi at Columns A01 – A03 and board.
Da Nang Airport	Domestic	Turn left after exiting the terminal, then turn right at Column 8, 9. Locate the Green SM taxi at Slot 9 and board.
Da Nang Airport	International	Go straight from the exit gate. Locate the Green SM taxi at Slots 1, 2, 3 and board.
Cam Ranh Airport (Nha Trang)	Domestic	Exit straight from the gate, head to the left. Locate the Green SM taxi and board.
Phu Quoc Airport	All terminals

In case you cannot locate the vehicle at the airport, please visit the Green SM support counter in the lobby or call the hotline for assistance with arranging a vehicle.

Terms and Conditions:

- Applicable for domestic flights operated by Vietjet through the Vietjet website or app at airports offering the service: Noi Bai (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat (HCMC), Phu Bai (Hue), Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), and Phu Quoc.
- Bookable up to 2 years in advance and at least 3 hours before flight time.
- Customers can add the service after completing payment for the flight booking (similar to adding luggage).
- Each customer may purchase a maximum of 3 airport pickup vouchers per successful booking.
- Service prices include VAT.
- Actual trip costs depend on the kilometers traveled, toll fees (if any), and other additional fees incurred.
- If the actual travel distance is shorter than the specified kilometers, the fee is based on the Vietjet x Green SM airport pickup package purchased. If the travel distance exceeds the specified kilometers, the customer will pay the driver for additional fees.
- The service is non-redeemable for cash in any situation.
- The service is valid for 7 days from the flight date.
- Cancellation/refund policy follows the same policies, terms, and conditions set by Vietjet.
