Vietjet SkyJoy and Marriott Bonvoy® Enrollment Promotion

This VietJet SkyJoy and Marriott Bonvoy® enrollment promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Galaxy Joy (“Vietjet SkyJoy”) and Marriott International Inc. (“Marriott”).

Eligible Participants (as defined below) may earn an in-flight meal voucher consisting of traditional Vietnamese Fried Rice, a Chocolate Biscuit stick, and a Cola (the “Award”) by enrolling in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program (“Marriott Bonvoy”).

1. Promotion Period
- The Promotion commences on 08th July 2026 and runs until 07th November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
- Note: Marriott reserves the sole right to modify the start and end dates of the campaign at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligible Participants
- This Promotion is open only to Eligible Participants. To qualify, a participant must:
- Be an active Vietjet SkyJoy customer.
- Not be an existing member of Marriott Bonvoy.
- Possess the legal authority to agree to the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules.

Important: A Vietjet SkyJoy customer who is already a Marriott Bonvoy Member is not eligible. Any newly enrolled Marriott Bonvoy account(s) for an existing member may be merged into their existing account and will not be eligible. Creating duplicate accounts will result in disqualification. This Promotion is applicable to individual members only and not to groups.

3. How to Participate
- By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants confirm they accept these Enrollment Promotion Terms and Conditions. To participate, each Eligible Participant must:
- Enroll in Marriott Bonvoy by opening a new Marriott Bonvoy account during the Promotion Period.
- Provide their SkyJoy ID at the time of enrollment.

Note: Participants who miss any of the above requirements will not receive the Award, even if other terms and conditions of this offer have been met.

4. The Award Details
- Issuance: Upon fulfillment of the conditions, Eligible Participants will receive the Award within seven (7) working days of sign-up, on a best-efforts basis. The Award will be added to their SkyJoy frequent flyer account as a voucher.
- Usage: The Award is unique to each Eligible Participant, for one-time use only, and can only be redeemed by Vietjet customers on domestic Vietjet flights before the voucher expires.
- Limits: The Award can only be earned once per Eligible Participant during the Promotion Period.
- Availability: Issuance of the Award is subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the first 150,000 eligible enrollments will receive an Award, after which no additional Awards will be issued.

5. General Rules
- Non-transferable: The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Data Privacy: By participating, all users consent to their personal data being collected, used, disclosed, and processed by Marriott and Vietjet SkyJoy in accordance with their respective Privacy Statements.
- Liability: Marriott and Galaxy Joy are not responsible for omissions, typographical errors, or the loss/misuse of the Award. Any use of the Award for meal redemption registration shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
- Right to Amend/Withdraw: Marriott and Galaxy Joy reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion, amend these Terms and Conditions, withhold, suspend, void, or recover any Award, and determine eligibility (including in cases of suspected fraud) at any time at their sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
- Program Rules: All Marriott Bonvoy and Vietjet SkyJoy Program Rules apply and are subject to change with or without notice.

6. Terms and Conditions for In-Flight Meal Voucher Usage
- Validity Period: The voucher shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the date it is credited to the VietJet SkyJoy member account.
- Eligible Users: The voucher is applicable only to active SkyJoy members who will be taking a VietJet flight.
- Applicable Flights: The meal voucher is applicable only to domestic routes and eligible flights provided by VietJet.
- Member Information: The member information provided for meal redemption must strictly match the passenger information under the submitted flight booking (PNR). The system shall apply the voucher to the first valid member information submitted by the customer.
- Usage Limitation: Each customer may redeem the voucher one (1) time only.
- Registration Deadline: Registration must be completed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the registered flight.
- Successful Redemption: The meal redemption shall be deemed successful only upon the customer’s receipt of a confirmation email from VietJet SkyJoy.
- Policies & Force Majeure: In the event of any amendment or change relating to meal services, VietJet’s prevailing policies (as set out at VietJet Air FAQ) shall apply. If the meal cannot be served due to force majeure events, the meal voucher shall not be refunded or compensated.

7. Steps to Redeem the Meal Voucher
- Step 1: Click the link provided on the voucher.
- Step 2: Fill in the member information for the meal redemption, including the following details:

+ SkyJoy ID of the passenger
+ Full name of the passenger (must match the name under the flight booking)
+ Email address
+ Departure point & Destination

- Step 3: Receive a confirmation email confirming the successful meal reservation.
