I. INVOLUNTARY REFUND DUE TO AIRLINE’S OPERATION

Please check and pick one of two options below for applying refund before departure time.

1.1 Refund to original payment method free of charge.

• Passengers whose Vietjet-operated flight (excluding Thai Vietjet flights) is canceled and there is no alternative flight within 05 hours from the scheduled departure time (STD) or whose flight schedule changes more than 05 hours from the STD.
• Passenger must notify Airline before the STD of affected segment.

1.2 Refund as credit shell entitled to passenger’s name free of charge.

(Apply in case passenger want to receive Credit shell refund instead of refund back to the original payment method)

• Passengers whose flight has been rescheduled more than 4 hours from the STD of the affected segment.
• The credit shell is valid up to 365 days from the departure date of affected segment and can be used to buy ticket or add-on services for the original passenger on the ticket.
• Passenger must notify Airline before the STD of affected segment.

II. VOLUNTARY REFUND

2.1 Refund to original payment method with fee

• This Refund Policy is applied to VietJet’s tickets issued in Korea only.
• Applicable for international flight from/to Korea
• Refund to original payment method will not be applied if passenger already request for credit shell.
• For SKYBOSS/ SKYBOSS BUSINESS: Refund fee: 70,000 KRW/Pax/Segment (Request before STD)
• For ECO/ DELUXE: Refund fee: 70,000 KRW/Pax/Segment (Request 24hours before STD)
• Ticket refund progress: within 30 days from the request date

2.2 Credit shell refund entitled to passenger with fee

• For SkyBoss Business and SkyBoss:
  
  • Passengers must cancel their reservation 03 hours prior to the STD indicated on the ticket or Passengers must contact Vietjet via call center, booking offices or agent no later than 72 hours after the STD to request cancelling the no-show flight and refunding to a credit shell.
  • Term of credit shell: 02 years from the scheduled departure date.
  • The credit shell amount is only valid for the passenger and can be used to purchase Vietjet’s tickets or add-on services.
  • Refund fee: 50,000 KRW/Pax/Segment (applicable for international flight between Viet Nam and Korea). For other routes applicable according VJC policy.
• For Deluxe and Eco:
  
  • Passengers must notify at least 24 hours in advance from the STD of the flight.
  • Term of credit shell: 01 years from the scheduled departure date.
  • The credit shell amount is only valid for the passenger and can be used to purchase Vietjet’s tickets or add-on services.
  • Refund fee: 50,000 KRW/Pax/Segment (applicable for international flight between Viet Nam and Korea). For other routes applicable according VJC policy.
