Fill in the required information on the screen, including the booking code, your first and last name in uppercase letters and without accents, and the confirmation code displayed on the website. Please double-check the Vietjet booking code to avoid errors!

After verifying the information, click the yellow "View Flight" button below. If the information is correct, the screen will display the booking code, passenger's name, and flight details.

Step 3: Confirm the information again.

Step 4: Choose a Vietjet Seat

An image of the aircraft cabin will appear on the screen for you to choose your seat.

• The characters A, B, C, D, E, and F indicate your seat positions (from left to right, horizontally). Among these, seats A and F are by the windows, C and D are by the aisle, and B and E are in the middle. 

• Green seats are available, yellow seats are already selected, and red seats are either taken or unavailable.

• After selecting a green seat, click "Confirm Seat."

Step 2: Follow the instructions on the touchscreen and enter all necessary information, including the booking code and passenger's name as provided in the email. Then, select the "find booking" option and follow the on-screen instructions.

If a single booking code is shared among multiple people, you'll need to check in with each person separately. Once the first person's check-in is complete, start again to enter the second person's name.

Step 3: Double-check the information carefully before pressing the "Continue" button.

Step 4: Choose your seat and confirm it. This step is similar to the online check-in process mentioned above. Then, confirm the completion of check-in and print your boarding pass.

Step 5: Proceed through security and wait for your flight to take off.
