3. The formation and development process of Tho Xuan airport

Tho Xuan Airport was built in 1965 with the purpose of expanding the air front of the 923rd Air Force Regiment into the South of Zone Four and was directly managed by the 923rd Fighter-Bomb Regiment. At that time, the port was Named Sao Vang Airport and is a level 1 military airport of our country.
