1. Travel Period: from January 15th, 2026 to February 28th, 2026 (GMT+7) 

2. Service booking time: Passengers are recommended to pre-book before 3 hours prior to scheduled time of departure.

3. Routes: applies to domestic flights from/to Ho Chi Minh city, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Da Lat, Hai Phong.

4. Service charge: 450,000 VND/bouquet (excluding VAT)

- Vietjet Air App on Google Play & App Store

- Agencies, Ticketing offices

- Vietjet Ticket Office at the airport

6. Dimension & quantity:

- Only one bouquet is allowed as checked baggage per passenger (maximum 2 branches/bunch)

- Dimension: not exceed 150cm x 40cm x 40cm. 

- Flowers have to be checked baggage and be carefully wrapped outside. A flowerpot or a big tree is not permitted to carry in all circumstances. 

7. Notes:

- The quantity of bouquets transported on each flight is limited. Priority is given to passengers who book early.

- Service requested at the airport will be determined by Duty Officer based on actual operation conditions.
