5. Terms & Conditions 

 1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

 2. Customer will contact to Reservation team by taking the online voucher and send to email reservation@furamavietnam.com

 3. Reservation confirmation is subject to room availability at the time of contact. Rooms may not be available during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.

 4. If the information of the guest is matched with the provided list from Vietjet and the name of the voucher will be considered as valid

 5. Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiration date.

 6. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

 7. Vouchers are only applicable for individual guests, not applicable for group bookings (over 10 guests or/and more than 10 nights per booking).

 8. Holiday surcharge: A surcharge applies if the guest stays during the following periods: New Year (28-31/01/2025), Lunar New Year (20-29/01/2023, 10-17/01/2025), Liberation Day and International Labor Day (28/04-02/05/2024, 2025): VND 1,000,000 net per night.
