5. Terms & Conditions 

 1. This discount promotion is not applied for room package (room combo). 

 2. Discount promotion is only applied for 01 room night/ booking.

 3. Vietjet Air share the list of customer will be updated on the file with the name of the guest, email address, mobile phone.

 4. Vietjet send the email of discount confirmation, booking instruction to Customer.

 5. Customer will visit Furama website: https://furamavietnam.com/ to check the best available rate.

 6. Customer will contact to Reservation team at reservation@furamavietnam.com to request for the booking confirmation with discount rate.

 7. Reservation confirmation is subject to room availability at the time of contact. Rooms may not be available during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.

 8. If the information of the guest is matched with the provided list and the inquiry from Customers will be considered as valid

 9. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

 10. Vouchers are only applicable for individual guests, not applicable for group bookings (over 10 guests or/and more than 10 nights per booking).

 11. Holiday surcharge: A surcharge applies if the guest stays during the following periods: New Year (22 Dec-05 Jan/2025), Lunar New Year (27 Jan - 02 Feb/2025 Liberation Day and International Labor Day (28/04-02/05/2024, 2025): VND 1,000,000 net per night.
