6. Terms and Conditions:

• Itinerary change: Allowed with fee applicable under Eco ticket (if any)
• Ticket refund: Allowed with a fee for credit shell refund entitled to passenger

• ATM card registered Internet banking are all accepted (Applied in Vietnam)

PROMOTION 2:  E-VOUCHER GIVEAWAY

1. Promotion period: May 10th – August 15th 2023

2. Scheme: Give away e-Vouchers valued at VND100.000 (equivalent to USD5) to customers who have successfully purchased Vietjet flight tickets from May 10th to August 15th, 2023 at www.vietjetair.com, then successfully registered an account, and entered booking PNR on the website: evoucher.vietjetair.com

3. Flight routes: All Vietnam domestic and international routes

4. Ticket class: Unlimited 

5. Time for successful ticket purchase (may not coincide with the flight date, for those who have successfully paid for VJ air tickets): From May 10th to August 15th, 2023

6. Time to receive e-Vouchers upon successful account registration: From May 10th to August 31st, 2023

7. Voucher redeem duration: From August 10th to December 31st, 2023

8. General provisions:

• Applicable to customers who have successfully paid for tickets
• E-Voucher applies for reduced payment on the base fare, excluding taxes and fees
• E-Voucher can only be used by customers who successfully purchase tickets and register an account
• The above regulations will be changed/ added according to the actual situation during the implementation process to control vouchers.

Note: The program may terminate earlier when the number of e-Voucher is fully received. Any dispute or complaint that occurs will be handled according to the final decision from Vietjet.
