1. Applicable Ticket Classes:

- Applicable to SkyBoss and Business ticket classes. (Not Applicable for Duty tickets)

2. Booking and Successful Payment Period:

- For Business class tickets: From January 1, 2026, until further notice.

- For SkyBoss class tickets: From January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

3. Promotion Details & Conditions of Application:

3.1 Privileges for Companions

Passengers purchasing SkyBoss or Business tickets are entitled to benefits for 01 companion as follows:

 - Gift of 01 Business Lounge access slot for 01 companion.

 - The companion is entitled to use the private transfer vehicle to the aircraft together with the SkyBoss/Business passenger.

Conditions of Application:

 - The companion must travel on the same flight itinerary and depart on the same date as the SkyBoss/Business ticket holder.

 - Lounge benefit: Only applicable at airports that provide Business Lounge services in accordance with Vietjet’s list of regulations.

 - Private transfer vehicle benefit:

   + Only applicable at the departure airport (transfer from the gate to the aircraft) in cases where the aircraft is parked at a remote stand and does not use an aerobridge/jet bridge.

   + Not applicable at the arrival airport (transfer from the aircraft to the terminal).

3.2 Early Flight Change Privilege.

Passengers are supported to change to another flight departing earlier than the originally booked flight:

 - Change fee: Free of charge.

Conditions of Application:

 - The change request must be made directly at the airport.

 - The new flight must still have available seats (equivalent booking class).

 - The departure time of the new flight must not exceed 06 hours compared to the departure time of the original flight.

4. Routes: Applicable on flight routes between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

5. Applicable Booking Channels: Vietjet Website and Mobile App, OTAs, Agents in Vietnam & International (Agents applying the top-up method), GDS.
