1. Eligibility Criteria

- Applies to connecting passengers on routes including International–International, Domestic–International, and vice versa, with a layover time of 5 hours or more.

- Applicable connection point: Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN)

- Note:

- For International–International connecting flights, this offer only applies to passengers who meet Vietnam’s visa entry requirements (if applicable).

2. Fare Class: The offer is applicable across all fare classes without restriction.

3. E-Voucher Claim Procedure

Passengers who successfully purchase connecting flight tickets (International–International, International–Domestic, Domestic–International) through any Vietjet sales channel, register an account, and enter their booking PNR on the website https://evoucher.vietjetair.com/ at least 48 hours before the departure time of their first flight will receive an e-Voucher to be used for Shopping / Dining / Entertainment at Menas Mall Airport Saigon and must be used within 10 days from the date of issuance.

E-Voucher Entitlement:

- Domestic–International and vice versa: 300,000 VND / passenger (2 e-Vouchers, each worth 150,000 VND)

- International–International: 500,000 VND / passenger (2 e-Vouchers, each worth 250,000 VND)

4. Conditions of Use

- Redemption: Passengers must present the e-voucher code and their valid boarding pass to staff at participating outlets before payment.

- Usage: Each e-voucher is valid for a single transaction at one service point.

- Value: The e-voucher holds no cash value. Any unused portion of an e-voucher is forfeited and will not be refunded. The passenger is liable for any transaction amount exceeding the value of the e-voucher.

- Participating Outlets: E-vouchers are accepted at the following locations within Menas Mall Saigon Airport (60A Truong Son Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City):

• L’Amuse Gourmet Café
• MenaWorld (children's entertainment zone)

5. Complimentary Shuttle Service

- A complimentary shuttle bus service, operated by Menas Mall, runs between Tan Son Nhat International Airport and the mall.

- Operating Hours: The service runs daily from 08:30 to 21:50.

- Frequency: Departures are scheduled approximately every 10 minutes.

- Pick-up Points:

• International Terminal: Arrival Hall, Columns B6–B8.
• Domestic Terminal: Arrival Hall, Column A21.

- Luggage: Please be advised that storage space on the shuttle is limited. The service is primarily for passenger transport, and large groups or families may be required to travel on separate shuttles, subject to availability.

6. Passenger Responsibility & Airline Liability

Passengers are solely responsible for managing their time, including transit to and from Menas Mall, to ensure they arrive at the boarding gate for their onward flight in a timely manner. Vietjet assumes no responsibility or liability for any passenger who misses their flight as a result of using this service.
