1. Program name: Welcome 200 Million Passengers, Get Extra 1,000 SkyPoints

2. Program details 

Receive an additional 1,000 SkyPoints immediately for Vietjet SkyJoy members when purchasing Vietjet flight tickets with a payment value (*) of 1,000,000 VND (one million VND) or more. Details include: 

- Booking and successful payment period: from September 10 to November 30, 2024.

- Flying on Vietjet's commercial and direct flights: from September 10 to December 31, 2024. 

(*) The payment value includes the base ticket price, taxes, fees, and other products and services.

3. Eligibility

Applies to all passengers who are Vietjet SkyJoy members and who successfully book and pay for Vietjet flight tickets with a payment value of one million VND or more.

4. Program period

- Booking and successful payment period: from 00:00 on September 10 to 23:59 on November 30, 2024

- Flight period: from 00:00 on September 10 to 23:59 on December 31, 2024

5. Conditions

- Members must enter their correct SkyJoy ID when booking tickets or add the SkyJoy ID in the ‘Buy tickets +1K points’ section on the SkyJoy app before the flight or make the ‘Retro claim’ request after the flight

- Applies to customers who book tickets through all Vietjet ticket channels

- Applies to all commercial and direct flights operated by Vietjet (including both domestic and international flights)

- Flight tickets must be booked between September 10, 2024, and November 30, 2024, and the flights must be taken between September 10, 2024, and December 31, 2024

- SkyPoint addition to member accounts:

+ If the booking code contains the correct SkyJoy ID during booking: points will be added within 7 days of successful payment.

+ If the booking code does not include the correct SkyJoy ID during booking: Points will be added within 7 days from the time the points earned from the flight are successfully added to the member's account.

- For return tickets without the SkyJoy ID at the time of purchase, points will only be added after the member completes the entire flight journey and the points earned from the flight are successfully added

- Each member can receive a maximum of 1,000 additional SkyPoints throughout the promotion period

- The promotion is limited to a maximum of 15,000 Vietjet SkyJoy members who meet the conditions for receiving SkyPoints under the program

- The program may end earlier if all SkyPoints have been distributed

- Points will not be added for cases and types of flight tickets that are not eligible for SkyPoint accumulation, including:

+ Charter flight tickets

+ Flight tickets sponsored by Vietjet

+ Business travel tickets for Vietjet employees

+ Standard tickets for Vietjet employees
