1. Benefits

20% discount on rack rate on 1 night for 2 guests for the first 500 passengers who has successful flight ticket booking on vietjetair.com or Vietjet Mobile App in all international routes to Ha Noi (HAN)/Van Don (VDO) during Aug 8 - Aug 15 2025.

Based on first come first served, only applied for 1 night/booking.

2. Applicable Flight Routes

All international flights to Ha Noi (HAN) or Van Don (VDO), including connecting flights, from August 8 to August 15, 2025.

3. Applicable Period

- Ticket booking period: Aug 8 - Aug 15, 2025

5. How to Use Promotions

- Within 07 days of successful air ticket booking on vietjetair.com or Vietjet Mobile App, passengers will receive email from noreply@ses.vietjetair.com confirming promotion code. 

- Within 07 days after receiving email from noreply@ses.vietjetair.com, contact reservations@royalhalonghotel.com to book.

If the promotion is not claimed within the claiming time, the discount will be forfeited and reallocated to the next eligible passenger.

6. How to Use Promotions

- This discount promotion is not applied for room combo/ room package 

- Discount promotion is only applied for 01 room night/ booking.

- Vietjet send the email of discount confirmation, booking instruction to Customer.

- Customer contact to Reservation team at reservations@royalhalonghotel.com to request for the booking confirmation with discount rate.

- Reservation confirmation is subject to room availability at the time of contact. Rooms may not be available during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.

- If the information of the guest is matched with the provided list and the inquiry from Customers will be considered as valid

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

- Vouchers are only applicable for individual guests, not applicable for group bookings (over 10 guests or/and more than 10 nights per booking).

- Holiday surcharge: A surcharge applies if the guest stays during the following periods: New Year, Lunar New Year, Liberation Day and International Labor Day
