1. Promotion Period: From June 1, 2026 until March 31, 2027 (01/06/2026 - 31/03/2027) 

2. Promotion Offers:
- Receive 10% hotel credit on room charges when booking directly through hotel channels. The cashback will be provided in the form of hotel credit and can be used for hotel services during the guest’s stay.
- Enjoy 10% off hotel services during the stay for guests who are not eligible for the room cashback offer. (The services offered will be provided in accordance with the respective policies of each hotel)

3. Terms & Conditions:
3.1 Offer Eligibility
- Applicable to passengers flying with Vietjet whose flight date is within 07 days before the hotel check-in date.
- Guests are required to present:
   + A valid Vietjet boarding pass or electronic ticket
   + Valid identification documents upon hotel check-in
- The passenger name on the boarding pass must match the guest checking in or the name under the hotel reservation. 
- Room bookings must be made under the Best Available Rate or other refundable/cancellable rate plans in accordance with the hotel’s booking policy.
- Offers are subject to room availability and verification of eligible documents upon check-in.
- Each boarding pass may be used only once per booking.

3.2 Important Notes and Exclusions
- The program does not apply to group bookings, corporate/contracted bookings, MICE programs, or combo/package bookings (if any).
- Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Cashback/offer value is only valid during the corresponding stay period and cannot be carried forward to future stays.
- The hotels and Vietjet reserve the right to refuse the offer in cases of invalid information, fraud, abuse of the program, or failure to meet the applicable conditions.
- Vietjet and Phu Long Hospitality reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program depending on actual conditions and will update information through official communication channels.
