Promotion: Giving e-Vouchers

 

1. Promotion period: from December 15, 2023 to February 15, 2024

 

2. Scheme: Give away e-Vouchers valued at USD20 (equivalent to VND 500,000) to customers who have successfully buy tickets of international direct flights, or international connecting flights at www.vietjetair.com, then successfully registered an account, and entered booking PNR at the website: evoucher.vietjetair.com

 

3. Flight routes to receive e-Voucher: International routes

Flight routes applied e-Voucher:  All Vietnam domestic routes and International routes

 

4. Ticket class: Unlimited

 

5. Time for successful ticket purchase (may not coincide with the flight date, for those who have successfully paid for VJ air tickets): from December 6, 2023  to February 15, 2024.

 

6. Time to receive e-Vouchers: December 15, 2023  to February 15, 2024

 

7. E-Voucher redeem duration: From December 15, 2023 to March 31, 2024

 

8. General provisions:

- Applicable to customers who have successfully paid for tickets

- E-Voucher applies for reduced payment on the base fare, excluding taxes and fees

- E-Voucher can only be used by customers who successfully purchase tickets and register an account

- The above regulations will be changed/ added according to the actual situation during the implementation process to control vouchers.

 

Note: The program may terminate earlier when the number of e-Voucher is fully received. Any dispute or complaint that occurs will be handled according to the final decision from Vietjet.
