4. Terms & Conditions:

- Prebook meal service is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

- Passengers can change pre-paid meals by contacting the Call Center at 19001886 for assistance.

Notes:

+ For the Hattrick Combo, beer is only available to passengers aged 18 years and above in accordance with applicable regulations. Vietjet reserves the right to refuse or replace the beer product if the passenger does not meet the age requirement or is otherwise ineligible under applicable regulations.
+ For the Penalty Combo, in the event of insufficient preparation or mixing time, the Strawberry Soda may be replaced with an equivalent bottled beverage, subject to actual service conditions.
