4. Lucky draw procedures:

When air ticket and travel insurance purchased successfully, passenger will receive policy number via email with registered email address and this policy number is the lucky draw code.

Chubb Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd. conducts electronic dial twice for each phase. First time for 04 1st prizes and second time for 04 grand prizes. Each dialing time the system will randomly generate 04 policy numbers with Full name, policy number, booking number, phone number, email.

After checking the information of lucky winners Chubb's Customer Service informs customers about the prize by calling directly to the customer And Chubb will invite the winners to Chubb’s office at 8/F, Saigon Finance Center, 9 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to present the prizes. Recipient Procedure: Customers to provide Chubb with:

- Boarding Pass or travel ticket with TravelCare Travel Insurance

- Certificate of TravelCare Insurance

- Passport or ID card (with original copy) or other identification (driver's license ...)

- Family Household Registration Book

- Other procedures as prescribed.
