Skypier – Check-in And Baggage Check-in Services At Ferry Terminal Before Departure

1. About SkyPier services

Via the Air Traffic Management Division at Hong Kong International Airport, from July 1, 2019, Vietjet Air’s customers are officially offered the SkyPier services connecting sea and air transport from Pearl River (Zhujiang) Delta and Port of Macau directly to Hong Kong International Airport.

2. Applicable subjects:

Passengers in Pearl River (Zhujiang) Delta and Port of Macau flying with Vietjet Air from Hong Kong International Airport.

3. Applicable locations:

+ The following ports (in China) shall be provided with the related services:

+ Shekou, Shenzhen

4. Guidance on check-in with Skypier services:

You can check in / check your baggage and get on the ferry under the following conditions:

· You have registered to buy a ferry ticket directly at the terminal and the ticket must be valid.

· The ferry departure date must be the same as specified on Vietjet Air's itinerary or ticket.

· You possess valid personal documentations and immigration papers.

Note:

- In case the itinerary / flight time changes, please contact the travel agent or visit the website www.vietjetair.com, go to “Booking information” tab and select “Manage my booking” to reprint the new itinerary / flight time.

- Passengers using check-in / baggage check-in services at the ports (China) are recommended to be present at check-in counters at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time of departure at the ferry terminal.

After the ferry arrives in Haitian port (Hong Kong), passengers transferring from Haitian port to the departure terminal at the airport must be present at the airport 110 minutes before the aircraft take-off.
