Vietjet transports the first Korean passengers to the new terminal of Phu Bai (Hue)

(Thua Thien Hue, August 1, 2023) – Vietjet jubilantly welcomes the first non-stop flight connecting ancient capital of Hue with the capital Seoul (South Korea), which is the first flight transporting Korean tourists to the new terminal at Phu Bai airport.

The first flight connecting Hue and Seoul is a charter one which operated by Vietjet’s modern aircraft, bringing international tourists to the ancient and poetic capital Hue and vice versa.

Passengers on the first flight have been welcomed by leaders of the two localities, airports, local people… and especially received presents imbued with Vietnamese and Korean cultural identities on their flights with modern aircraft, dedicated and friendly cabin crews together with variety of products and services to meet all customers’ demands.

Hue – Seoul (Incheon, South Korea) is the second international route to the new terminal of Phu Bai airport that Vietjet has operated. Previously, Vietjet is the first airline having international flights to Phu Bai from Kunming (China), openning up opportunities to develop tourism and trade… to bring international tourists to Phu Bai’s new terminal, to Hue city. Vietjet’s international route to Phu Bai have also marked important milestones for the growth of this place, opening up new development opportunities.

The ancient capital of Hue is a favorite destination of many domestic and international tourists, which known as the city of festivals and UNESCO cultural heritage. From Hue, tourists easily discover more about the Central Heritage Road including Hoi An, My Son, Quang Nam, Da Nang, etc. With its international routes, especially the one connecting Hue and Seoul (South Korea), Vietjet has joined hands with localities, tourism businesses to develop more attractive products and tours, attracting more international tourists, developing local economy and tourism, commensurate with their potential and positions.
