Supplementary safety regulations regarding power banks on Vietjet flights

Based on Directive No. 5181/CT-CHK dated October 28, 2025 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam regarding strengthening safety measures during the transportation of Spare Batteries and Power Banks in passengers’ baggage, Vietjet would like to inform passengers of the latest regulations on carrying power banks onboard:

Power banks must be removed from carry-on baggage and placed in a clearly visible position throughout the flight.
Passengers are not permitted to plug in or charge power banks under any circumstances, nor use them to charge personal electronic devices during the flight.

Passengers are kindly requested to strictly follow the above instructions to ensure a safe and smooth journey.
