Vietjet receives new aircraft, ready to serve the coming holiday

(Vietjet, Ho Chi Minh City, April 26, 2025) – On April 25, 2025, Vietjet welcomed a new Airbus A321neo ACF aircraft, registration number VN-A516, which is the latest addition to its fleet of 117 modern aircraft.

After its journey from Hamburg, Germany, the aircraft landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and is ready to be deployed to serve passengers during the upcoming holiday period of April 30 - May 1.

Featuring a modern and comfortable passenger cabin design, the new aircraft meets high standards for seating dimensions and spacing, ensuring an excellent flying experience for travelers. The A321neo ACF models also reduce fuel consumption and emissions by 20%, while cutting noise pollution by 50%.

This marks the third aircraft the airline has added to the fleet since the beginning of 2025. Vietjet plans to continue receiving new aircraft from Airbus and Boeing throughout the year to enhance its vibrant and modern fleet in the region.

The new members of Vietjet's fleet will strengthen the airline's ability to serve both local and international travelers, expanding its network and connecting new destinations worldwide.
