Some flights had to change their operating plans on September 29

On September 29, some flights departing from Japan, South Korea and Vietnam between 3:00 and 5:30 (GMT+7) had to adjust their operating plans due to the impact of the international check-in system malfunction.

As soon as it was discovered, the airline deployed staff to assist passengers with check-in procedures at the airport counters and worked urgently with partners to quickly restore the system. By 5:30 (GMT+7), the system was operating normally.

Some other flights were affected in a chain reaction. Passengers on the affected flights were supported according to the airline's service policy and continued their journey on the same day.
