Notice on the impact of Typhoon Shanshan

Due to the impact of Typhoon Shanshan, some flights to and from Busan (South Korea) will have to adjust their flight schedules. Includes:

• Adjust the departure time of flight VJ968 from Phu Quoc to Busan on August 29.
• Adjust the departure times of flights arriving in Busan on August 30, including VJ988 (Da Nang - Busan), VJ982 (Hanoi - Busan), VJ868 (HCMC - Busan), VJ990 and VJ918 (Nha Trang - Busan).
• Adjust to the departure times of flights departing from Busan on August 30, including VJ969 (Busan - Phu Quoc), VJ989 (Busan - Da Nang), VJ981 (Busan - Hanoi), VJ869 (Busan - HCMC), VJ991 and VJ919 (Busan - Nha Trang).

Some other flights might also be affected.

Passengers with scheduled flights during the impact period of Typhoon Shanshan are advised to proactively monitor their flight information in the "My Booking" section on the website www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app, or contact Vietjet at the airport for assistance if necessary.

During adverse weather conditions, the airline sincerely seeks passengers' understanding, as this situation constitutes force majeure, leading to significant costs for the airline, including increased fuel expenses, etc. Nonetheless, passenger safety remains our utmost priority.
