Free flight changes for passengers affected by storm circulation in Hanoi

Due to the impact of Typhoon No.10 – Bualoi, heavy rain in Hanoi has caused severe traffic disruption, preventing passengers from reaching the airport. Many flights departing from Hanoi have also been affected and had to adjust their schedules.

Vietjet will provide free changes of flight date and time for passengers with departures from Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) on September 30 and October 1, 2025. Passengers are kindly requested to contact their original booking channel for assistance.
