Notice on the impact of Typhoon Ampil

Due to the impact of Typhoon Ampil, some flights to and from Tokyo (Japan) will have to adjust their flight schedules. Includes:

• Cancel flights VJ932/ VJ933 on the Hanoi - Tokyo (Narita) - Hanoi route on August 15 and 16; and flights VJ822/ VJ823 on the Ho Chi Minh City - Tokyo (Narita) - Ho Chi Minh City route on August 15 and 16
• Adjust the departure times for the following flights on August 16: VJ933 on the Tokyo (Narita) - Hanoi route, VJ934 on the Hanoi - Tokyo (Narita) route, VJ820 on the Ho Chi Minh City - Tokyo (Haneda) route, and VJ821 on the Tokyo (Haneda) - Ho Chi Minh City route
• Some other flights might also be affected.

Passengers with scheduled flights during the impact period of Typhoon Ampil are advised to proactively monitor their flight information in the "My Booking" section on the website www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app, or contact Vietjet at the airport for assistance if necessary.

During adverse weather conditions, the airline sincerely seeks passengers' understanding, as this situation constitutes force majeure, leading to significant costs for the airline, including increased fuel expenses, etc. Nonetheless, passenger safety remains our utmost priority.
