Standard carry-on baggage from june 1, 2023

From June 1, 2023, when booking Eco and Deluxe tickets on domestic (Vietnam) and international routes, one passenger (excluding infants under 2 years old) may bring a maximum of 7 kg carry-on baggage (including 01 main item of luggage and/or 01 small handbag). 

In a special promotion, when booking Eco & Deluxe tickets from May 15-31, 2023, one passenger will receive an additional 2kg of carry-on baggage for free, bringing the total to 9 kg. Book your tickets now on our website: www.vietjetair.com or with the Vietjet Air app.

Please follow the steps below to choose 2kg of free carry-on baggage when booking:

Step 1: Choose your flight itinerary as normal.

Step 2: In the selection of additional services, choose “Select your baggage/Transit service”.

Step 3: Click the checkbox “Extra 2Kgs cabin bag” with a fee of 0VND. 

Step 4: Complete your booking with a variety of payments, and get ready for the exciting flight ahead.
