Vietjet marks sixth consecutive honor as “Best companies to work for in Asia”

(Vietjet, Ho Chi Minh City, July 10, 2026) – Vietjet continues to affirm the attractiveness of its international working environment by being honored as “Best companies to work for in Asia” at the HR Asia Awards 2026.

This year’s list of honorees brings together many leading enterprises, including Masan, Sabeco and others. Among them, Vietjet stands out with its sixth consecutive win, recognizing the airline’s continued efforts to build a professional, people-centric and inspiring workplace.

“Best companies to work for in Asia” is a prestigious award in the field of human resources, honoring companies with outstanding HR practices, high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace culture.

This year, Vietjet was also recognized for the first time with the “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards”. This category celebrates outstanding companies that develop and implement strong diversity, equity and inclusion policies for employees, creating a workplace where every individual, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age or cultural background, is respected, empowered to contribute and given opportunities to grow.

Being honored in both categories further affirms Vietjet’s consistent human resources development strategy: placing people at the center, while building a professional, open and internationally distinctive working environment.

Vietjet currently employs nearly 10,000 staff and experts from over 68 countries and territories. Of these, nearly 30% come from Asian countries, and almost 30% are young professionals aged 20–30, bringing a spirit of innovation, creativity, and positive energy to the organization.

With people development serving as the foundation for sustainable growth, Vietjet continuously invests in training and capability building for its workforce. At Victoria Aviation Academy (VIAA), Vietjet employees take part in international-standard training programs, professional courses, leadership development programs and specialized workshops led by experts in aviation and management.

Alongside professional development, Vietjet places strong emphasis on enhancing the employee experience through modern facilities at its headquarters and workplaces, including dining areas, a cinema room, gym, yoga room and community spaces. The airline also regularly organizes cultural, sports and team engagement activities, contributing to employees’ physical and mental well-being while fostering a positive working environment.

With a dynamic, professional and creative workforce, Vietjet continues to strengthen its sustainable competitiveness as it pursues the goal of building a global, modern, people-centric and constantly innovative airline on its journey to connect the world.
