Dear valued passengers,

Due to the impact of Typhoon Bavi in Taiwan (China), several flights will have their schedules adjusted to ensure the safety of passengers and crew members.

• Departure time changes for flights to and from Taipei, including: VJ942/943 on the Hanoi – Taipei – Hanoi route; VJ842/843 on the Ho Chi Minh City – Taipei – Ho Chi Minh City route.
• Departure time changes for flights to and from Taichung, including: VJ948/949 on the Hanoi – Taichung – Hanoi route.

Vietjet is closely monitoring weather developments and will continue to provide passengers with the latest flight schedule updates.

To better prepare for their journeys, passengers are kindly advised to:

• Check flight status before arriving at the airport via the “My Booking” section on the website at http://www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app, or contact Vietjet representatives at the airport for assistance.
• Follow the latest notifications from Vietjet via email, SMS, and the airline’s official communication channels. Some flights may be temporarily suspended or have their departure times adjusted due to the impact of the typhoon.
