Information on the Impact of Typhoon Dolphin

Due to the impact of Typhoon Dolphin, the operating schedules of several flights in the affected area have been adjusted. Details are as follows:

• Flight VJ3900 from Ho Chi Minh City to Shanghai (China), originally scheduled to depart at 20:00 (local time) on August 9, 2026, has been renumbered as VJ3904, with a new estimated departure time of 11:00 (local time) on August 10, 2026.
• Flight VJ3901 from Shanghai (China) to Ho Chi Minh City, originally scheduled to depart at 02:15 (local time) on August 10, 2026, has been renumbered as VJ3905, with a new estimated departure time of 17:00 (local time) on August 10, 2026.
• Flights VJ7238/7239 on the Hanoi – Shanghai – Hanoi route scheduled for August 9–10, 2026, have been temporarily suspended to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

To better prepare for the journeys, passengers are kindly advised to:

• Check flight status before arriving at the airport via the “My Booking” section on the website at www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app, or contact Vietjet representatives at the airport for assistance.
• Follow the latest notifications from Vietjet via email, SMS, and the airline’s official communication channels. Some flights may be temporarily suspended or have their departure times adjusted due to the impact of the typhoon.
